The New CLEVER Eye Institute Website

 

SLIDELL, Louisiana, July 1, 2013 - The CLEVER Eye Institute announces the creation of their new website, which highlights many exciting topics in vision research, such as nutrition and the eye, ophthalmic telemedicine, and the on-line availability of scientific posters by the CLEVER Investigative Team. The website content has been expanded to benefit visitors who are seeking access to the latest research news in ophthalmology. For example, the RSS (Rich Site Summary) section allows visitors to preview articles in nearly all of the top ophthalmology and optometry journals.

 

The Director of Research at CLEVER, Michael K. Smolek, PhD, FARVO, has plans for many other additions to the website such as instructional materials related to physiological optics. He also anticipate several exciting announcements by the CLEVER Eye Institute during the Summer of 2013, which will impact healthcare locally, nationally, and internationally. These announcements will be made first through news media releases at the CLEVER website.
